Unleashing true potential with psychometric testing...
Our psychometric testing often incorporates a range of business and/or behavioural profiling tools and psychometric profiling. Profiling can be very useful when identifying what gaps or issues may exist and can influence the way in which these can be best addressed. It can also identify how best to exploit any strengths or opportunities, of course. Common instruments we use include:

- Meta-programme Motivation Questionnaire

All our assessors are fully qualified and registered with the British Psychological Society at both Level A and level B.
